34. Khoresht-e sabzi

Cubed sirloin beef simmered with herbs consisting of parsley, leeks, scallions, coriander, chives, seasoned with the key spice of fenugreek leaves and dried limes. Served with basmati rice.



35. Khoresht-e bademjan

Fried skinned eggplants, cubed lamb, tomatoes, and mild aromatic Persian spices. Served with basmati rice.



36. Khoresht-e FESENJAN

Delicate chicken stew flavored with pomegranate syrup and ground walnuts. Served with basmati rice.
